Cleaning
• Onsite services do not have the time or equipment to clean every PC they service. Most major retail stores do not perform this service, if they do it will come with a hefty charge.
• Full interior and exterior PC cleaning. Remove dust buildup in system that causes computer to run hotter than normal and overheat. If your PC or Laptop is more than 2 years old and has never been cleaned it will have clogged heatsinks. We have yet to see a PC or Laptop that did not need to be cleaned.
• Replacement of T.I.M.( Thermal Interface Material | Thermal Paste) on system processors. T.I.M. will dry up after a few years and can cause damage to your processors.

System Updates
• Onsite repairs will only fix the problem at hand. If you have a Virus they will only remove the virus and maybe install a virus scanner. If your computer has a error on screen they will only repair that problem and nothing else.
• If you have a Virus or Spyware installed on your PC it is likely that your PC needs Windows security updates to block that malicious program from being able to exploit your computer again. It can take hours to scan for needed updates then download and install them all. Time is money for onsite repair shops but we can take our time and fix the problem and all others that may be lurking for one low price.

Due to the complex nature of computer virus removal, we service these machines offsite at our main location. This will allow us to run +10 hours of security scans to make sure every single trace of the computer virus has been removed.
